■Structure Character
1,No abrasion when open and close. The ball begin to turn after it depart from seat. This will avoid the abrasion of seal pair and solve the traditional abrasion problem of ball valve seat and core.
2,The operation of torque: There isn’t abrasion between seat and seal surface, so it’s easy to turn for the stem. On this condition, gear box don’t be needed unless the special large size, just the small hand wheel is ok.
3,The design of single seat: the setup of static state single seat can ensure bidirectional zero leakage. This will avoid the valve cavity pressure rising of double seats.
4,The abrasion resistance of ball metal seal surface: in order to meet the seal need in the rigorous situation, the ball was bead welded hard alloy and the seal surface was polished.
5,Self-cleaning: when the ball slant and leave from seat, the flow will scour the sundries along seal surface 360°to protect the seal capability.
6,Install design from top: when you inspect and repair the valve, it isn’t necessary to dismantle whole body after the system pressure disappearing.
7,The protection of seat metal seal surface: reinforced tetra fluoro flexible material was embedded in metal seat, so that the seat metal seal surface can be protected very well.
■Working Principle
The opening of orbit ball valve
1,At the state of closure, the ball is pressed on the seat by the
mechanical action of stem. When we contrarotate the hand wheel, the
stem will up move. At the same time, the plane of the stem will
make the ball seal surface incline and leave the seat. Continue to
set up the stem and reciprocally operate with the pilot pinwhich in
the stem corkscrew trough. Circumgyrate the ball 90 degree up to
the high-point position without abrasion, then the ball’s through
hole will aim at the valve passage.
The closing of orbit ball valve
2,When close the valve, turn the hand wheel clockwise, then the
stem will down move and the ball begin to circumgyrate. Continue to
turn the wheel, the stem be operated by pilot pin which in the stem
corkscrew trough, then the stem and ball will circumgyrate 90
degree at the same time. Nearly be closed, turn 90 degree when the
ball and the seat don’t contact, then the stem will continue to
down move. The ball swing and press the seat tightly. The seat seal
surface transmutation will bring flexible transmutation and
inosculate with ball seal surface tightly which can ensure safe and
credible zero leakage.
